Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day if the order is received during business hours (Pacific Time). We try to ship all orders within 24 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the following business day.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping charged on all U.S. continental orders is 8% of the subtotal or $6.50, whichever is greater. Additional shipping charges will be added to all orders to P.O. Box, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, or International addresses. If you would like your order shipped via USPS, the shipping charge is 8% of the subtotal plus the exact USPS Priority Mail charge. You may also have your order shipped via USPS Parcel Post, which takes 7-10 days. Please contact us if you would like special shipping on your order.

The warehouse is on the West Coast. Orders to the West Coast take 3 days. Orders to the East Coast take 5-7 business days.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders.

No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. DeadDoctorsDontLie.com will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
