I love Pollen Burst! I mix it up in the morning or in the afternoon when I need a little lift. It gives me energy without any of the jitters I get when I drink tea or coffee. I also don't have the crash of other energy drinks. I also find that I'm not as hungry if I drink this product, and it works as an appetite suppressant.
